Marion is the current Director of the Business Unit Bulk & Onsites at Africa Oxygen (AFROX) Pty, A Linde company. Previously she was the Managing Director of BOC Kenya PLC which is also a Linde Company.

She is a long-serving director of The Palmhouse Foundation and serves on various boards including BOC Kenya PLC, BAT PLC, and Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) as Non-Executive Director. She is also the Vice Chair of Women in Manufacturing (WIM) in Kenya and a member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD), Women on Boards Network (WoBN), and Institute of Directors of South Africa (IODSA).
