Stephen serves on the Vodacom Group Executive Committee in his capacity as Chief Officer responsible for Regulatory and External Affairs. This role spans Vodacom Group markets – DRC, Egypt, Lesotho, Mozambique, Tanzania, and South Africa – while also providing support to Safaricom PLC and Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC. He has a wealth of international telecommunications and ICT professional experience spanning over two decades having also operated at a senior level at Vodafone Group in the UK and Safaricom in Kenya.
